excellent product!
I am getting ready to buy my 3rd act heavy duty clutch kit for my third subaru. these are excellent clutches, thats why i keep buying them! now, if only i could hold onto a car long enough to not have to buy a new clutch every other year! ha!
Great clutch kit for the price and reliabilty!
I have over 155,000 miles on my 2002 Subaru WRX sedan, and have had two ACT street clutch / lightened flywheel kits installed over the time. I could not be happier with the performance the ACT kits have given me. It's an easy install and the results are great. The clutch holds great, has a solid increased pedal feel to it, and there isn't too much chatter. 5 / 5 Stars for a great product!

ACT's Performance Street (SS) friction surface is SFI certified and is an excellent choice for modified, street driven cars. The SS disc provides quicker engagement than a stock surface and is quiet compared to other, more aggressive friction surfaces. The SS disk is available coupled to the Heavy Duty pressure plate for a 41% increase in clamp load, or the Xtreme pressure plate which increases the clamp load by 57%. ACT's Performance Street disk uses a sprung hub with bushings and cone springs similar to OEM clutch discs; creating frictional dampening that improves clutch life and reduces noise. The SS kit is suggested as a stock replacement or for light to moderately modified WRXs.

Went stage two and oem clutch couldn't hold. So went with this one and its great. Holds good and not too chattery. Well worth it.
