A 10% order cancellation fee applies to all cancelled orders.

Returns

Any returns for an exchange or refund will be allowed within 7 days from the receipt of your order and must be authorized prior to shipping. All authorized returned merchandise must be unused and in its original salable packaging. No returns or exchanges on opened, installed, or merchandise that has been used will be allowed. No returns or exchanges on electronics or special order items. A special order item is any item that is not normally stocked. Returns must be sent freight prepaid and insured by the customer. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Contact us for a Return Authorization Number prior to shipping any return. Your return must have our RA Number or it will be refused. There is a 35% restocking fee on all returns and canceled orders. Your authorized return must include a copy of your invoice for proper credit. After 7 days we will not accept returns. Price match only valid on items before purchase Inspect all items before installing them, as if anything is not right we cannot get you a new one if it is not new in the box. International orders are subject to higher shipping fees then notified on the site and we reserve the right to add to it.

Items that do not charge shipping will have a fee added such as hoods, trunks, etc. Anything requiring extra freight as they are truck freight only. Check with your Import Image representative for details.

Warranties

**Walbro fuel pumps have no warranty**

All products carry the Manufacturer's warranty. Import Image Racing is a distributor/reseller of these items and does not manufacture parts in any way. In the unfortunate event of any product failure, all warranty claims must be made through the products original manufacturer and we will be glad to assist with it. Each manufacturer has different guidelines so we appreciate your patience in handling these claims but will do our best to get you a resolution as soon as possible. We are here to happily serve you, knowing this, only order if you would like the parts. If you're not sure, please contact us if you need customer support beforehand so we can direct you towards the proper part(s) for your vehicle.

Import Image Racing requests your basic contact information such as name, address, email address, and telephone number in order to properly fill your order. We will never sell, give, or provide this information to any other agency. Period. We get spam e-mail, junk mail, solicitors, and telemarketers too and know how frustrating they can be. We protect your information, so when you place an order with us you can rest assured that it is kept safe and confidential. All credit card transactions are processed on a secure server and, for those who don't feel comfortable submitting this information online, you can always call us with your credit card info after purchasing.
