For some reason Subaru did 99% of the work in designing their turn signal housing and stopped 1% short of completing it all. They installed a black piece of plastic where they should have installed a clear piece. This piece allows you to see if your turn signals are on and some people might be able to see it from behind as well.
This modification only requires that you have turn signal housings in your vehicle. Factory OEM or OE style. Just unscrew your turn signal housings, remove the plastic covers, break off the black plastic piece and install these. Then reinstall everything.
Should have come like this from the factory! Cool little addition that adds some function. Did these at the same time as my carbon mirror caps, super straightforward install.

This was a fun little mod to install and it serves a function as well. I feel that people are able to see your turn signal better if they are next to you, and it also gives an extra warning to people behind you. It looks great and was super easy to install. I personally liked that I could see them while driving. :)
