Feels Great
tl;dr: If you have $500 to blow, buy it. Max 45 min install and a great steering wheel.
Install: The hardest part of the whole install was getting the airbag off the old wheel. I suggest watching an install video and taking note of where the metal pins are. Once the airbag is removed, it is as simple as disconnecting a couple wires, undoing the single 17mm nut, and transferring everything over. Make sure you torque the nut down to about 29ft/lb during the reinstall and be very careful not to move the clock spring. Total install time was about 40-45 minutes.
The Wheel: This is the first time I've felt alcantara, and I was not disappointed. The wheel was definitely designed for those that hold the wheel at 9/3, and it feels great in the hand and in the corners.
