When replacing the Timing Belt it is suggested that you also change the Water Pump, 43500, at the same time because the Water Pump is driven by the Timing Belt. The Gates timing components come as two different kits: The TCK265A, includes a T265 Timing Belt, T42121 Cam Idler Pulley, and a T43131 Timing Belt Auto Tensioner.
