Features:

The GrimmSpeed Phenolic Thermal Spacers are designed to lift the intake manifold off the super heated engine to lessen the transfer of heat. Both the intake manifold and engine block are aluminum so the high heat can transfer very quickly. Well these spacers stop that! The cooler the intake charge, the more HP and TQ your engine will make. In addition to allowing for a cooler intake charge, these will also give you a larger intake plenum similar to that of a throttle body spacer. These all come in GrimmSpeed's Triple Thick 8mm thickness for maximum heat protection. Why not go that extra step to get yourself past the competition.

  • Thickness: 8mm
  • Greatly reduce the transfer of heat from engine to intake manifold thus reducing its temperature and heat soak
  • One of a kind true Phenolic material for effectiveness and durability
  • Cooler intake temperature allows for denser air which in turn allows for more power
  • Every 5° reduction in air temperature increases power by 1%
  • Direct bolt-on installation
  • Made in the USA
  • Sold as a pair

It is recommended to use one OEM intake manifold gasket on each side of these GrimmSpeed spacers to allow for proper sealing. Gaskets are available to purchase separately.
