In stock, no waiting! The Invidia R400 Gemini Single Layer Quad SS Tip Cat Back Exhaust for your Subaru WRX / STI 2015-2018 is among one of the most popular cat-back exhaust systems available as they make for an excellent upgrade over the OEM exhaust system to improve the performance and the sound. The combination of increased piping diameter along with smooth bends relieves the exhaust with restriction and turbulence under acceleration which will increase the horsepower, the torque, all while improving the throttle response and reducing the turbo lag.
Here are the key features:
- Stainless steel quad exhaust tips
- 4" Tip sizing
- 304 stainless steel materials
- 3" piping diameter
- Exhaust hangers welded on to the OEM locations to allow for a direct fitment
- New gaskets and hardware included making this exhaust system ready for the installation
Note: Are you using a stock j pipe or downpipe? If yes, the GrimmSpeed Subaru Stock DP to Aftermarket 3 in. Catback Adapter p/n 077046, is required.
Sounds amazing, easy install, quick shipping. You won’t regret putting this on your car!
i got a 19 WRX it a major upgrade compare to stock exhaust. well worth the money sounds amazing and looks superb!
I love the sound and the look of this exhaust on my ‘18 STI. For my first time doing an exhaust installation I made it harder than it actually was after I slowed down and stoppped trying to rush. The sound is amazing and I’m glad didn’t try to go cheap and just get a cheap cat back exhaust. To me it sounds loud but I was going for that, but not obnoxious. Definitely worth the money!
I paired this R400 with a Grimmspeed catted Jpipe and the sound is how my WRX should sound stock. The car is so much more fun to drive and just feels so much better overall. And the guys at IIR are the best, got my exhaust and jpipe within 4 days!
I cannot get over how this sounds. I wanted something that was louder than stock but that doesn't ruin my daily commute (100+ miles round trip). Plus with kids I didn't want them needing hearing protection when the windows were down. This truly the perfect blend of sound and volume. Its throaty, it has a nice little burble (without the god awful tuner induced back firing) and a good pop when you hit that perfect shift.
