The MeLe Design 600 Series Battery Mount has been designed to support a lightweight battery which helps reduce vital weight at the front-end of your vehicle. It also helps create more room in the engine bay for other items such as front mount intercooler piping. It is constructed out of locally sourced 5052 marine grade aluminum and has been hand-formed, finished, riveted in house at MeLe Design Firm in Portland, OR.

Great Quality but Hardware for Installation is a pain
The mount is made out of great quality materials and is very light compared to the stock battery. The Odyssey PC680 battery is great but it doesn't come with the terminals so you need to add them to your cart separately. The install of the mount was a pain trying to get the short J-Hook Bolt to line up with the hole on the backside because you have 3 threads to get a small nut onto the bolt. All in all, I would buy this again, but I do wish there was a better guide/video showing the installation.
Also, the customer service from Import Image Racing and MeLe Design Firm are top notch and the shipping for everything came in 2 days.

Nicely built but with flaws.
The metal box itself is nice made and constructed. It seems really durable. The one issue I had with this box is that if I’m paying what I paid then I don’t expect to have any build issues. When the box showed up all of the foam was stuck to each other like they balled it up with the tape backing removed so I had to pull them all apart and place them.
