Process West V-Mount Cooling System Subaru WRX / STI 1997-2000

The Process West V-Mount Intercooling system is one of the most innovative intercooling systems available for those of you who demand the most cooling efficiency for your vehicle.

The purpose of this design was to shorten intercooler piping resulting in faster spool times, and better throttle response. And like conventional front mount intercooler systems that block the radiator, the “V-Mount” is designed to absorb optimal air flow to both the intercooler and the radiator. The radiator is mounted at a 30 degree angle that is parallel to the road surface, while the intercooler is mounted in the upper area by the radiator mounts which allows the front of the vehicle to inhale as much air as possible.

This V-Mount kit includes a crash bar that requires alterations to your lower radiator mount for proper fitment. The intercooler has welded tabs on the top side that bolt into the factory upper radiator mounting provisions. A pair of high powered fans are included, and mount underneath the radiator.

Finally all couplers, T-bolt clamps, and instructions are supplied to make for a ready installation.
