ACT Heavy Duty pressure plates use exclusive diaphragm design to increase clamp load, reduce deflection and maximize clutch life. All diaphragms endure a four-stage, heat-treating process for unparalleled performance. ACT pressure plates have precision cover stampings to provide rigidity and consistency. ACT's Performance Street discs feature premium organic materials with high copper content for better heat transfer and steel-backed lining for greater burst strength and durability. These discs have reduced marcel for faster shift action to complement ACT pressure plates, with increased strength and reliability.

Throw out bearing that it comes with is absolutely terrible. Definitely go OEM, almost had to rip the transmission out again because it screeched when the clutch was let off, it eventually stopped. Who knows if it’ll fail pre maturely. I don’t have the time nor money to replace it now so we’ll find out.
About month of driving and I really like this clutch setup. Thx again IIR!!
The act clutch kit is great for my daily
Been a year, makes a loud noise when downshifting can’t figure it out most people say it’s my flywheel but apparently it’s common w these clutch kits but will be getting looked at soon!
My wrx is pushing 450whp, This clutch setup has been solid, Make sure to use the TSK3 TOB instead of the one included tho!

Im still in the break in period, but even now the clutch catches much quicker and stronger than oem. The lightweight flywheel allows me to rev way faster, which aids in my rev matched downshifts. Seemless. Very happy with it
Won’t get 2 years out of it even if you don’t drive it hard to much and 3 throughout bearings and tsq3 bearing
Really depends how you drive and how many times you launch it. We've had customers using them for many years. Tsk3, fork, and pivot always great upgrades on top!
ACT makes the best clutches hands down. The kit was delivered quickly and feels amazing. Highly recommend this clutch kit for a nice OEM feel that can handle the extra power being produced
Clutch is amazing so far only a little stiffer than stock and very minimal chatter in first gear.
