The STXS 71 has been designed to complement and engine build that has forged internals with big boost in mind, The STX 71 features a custom made 112-blade billet compressor wheel, with a unique 9-blade turbine low-inertia design that provides faster spool times, improved boost response, with better peak power potential when compared to similar sized turbochargers.

The STX 71 is rated at 57 LBS/MIN which is a great option for those wanting to be in the class of 400-475WHP. This is a stock-location turbocharger which makes it convenient for those who don;'t want to go to a rotated setup where custom fabrication will be needed.

This turbocharger features a thrust bearing that is CHRA built to handle high boost, and large power output. An adjustable actuator spring is included to help users hit target boost numbers.
