What Does Shipping Protection Cover?

Damage: If your product is damaged during shipping, we will replace it at no extra cost.

Theft: If your package is stolen after delivery, we will send you a replacement, subject to verification.
What Does Shipping Protection NOT Cover?
- Minor cosmetic damages that do not affect the functionality of the product.
- Packages delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

- Trunks
- Doors
- Bumpers
- Body Kits
How to File a Claim
- Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide your order number, photos of the damage (if applicable), and any relevant information.
- We will process your claim and arrange for a replacement. Refunds are only provided in rare cases where a replacement is not possible.
Eligibility
Shipping Protection + Free Return Shipping is automatically included with all eligible orders at checkout for your peace of mind.
Terms and Conditions
Free Return Shipping Policy:
We offer Free Return Shipping for eligible orders within the continental 48 states, provided that the Free Return Shipping option was selected at checkout.
Qualifying Orders:
• Free Return Shipping applies to orders shipped to addresses within the continental 48 states of the United States, provided the Free Return Shipping option was selected during checkout.
Non-Qualifying Orders:
• International orders do not qualify for free return shipping.
• Orders shipped via Oversize method are excluded from free return shipping, even if the option was selected at checkout. This includes, but is not limited to, the following products:
• Hoods
• Trunks
• Doors
• Body kits
For any orders that do not qualify, or if Free Return Shipping was not selected at checkout, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Not Covered
- Lost packages prior to being marked as delivered.
- Minor cosmetic damages that do not affect product functionality.
- Packages delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect customer information.
- Items not eligible for shipping damage coverage include hoods, trunks, doors, and bumpers.
We reserve the right to refuse coverage in certain situations, at our discretion.
