Features:

The Cusco Neodymium Magnet Drain Bolt is a cost effective investment that provides an extended safety measure to your engine. How? Magnetic drain bolts trap harmful metallic elements that float in your oil then later settle at the bottom of your oil pan when not driving. This will reduce both contamination and friction while all your internal parts are operating. Oil filters can only catch so much, and the metallic elements that don't get trapped will continue to circulate throughout your engine. Now you can take the extra step the next oil change, and use the Cusco Drain Bolt.

This particular drain bolt has been fabricated from A7075 aluminum and has a thread pitch of M20 X P1.50.

Quality part

Cusco you can’t beat, I do love the product. I have refrained from installing it though, I got two threads in and felt resistance. Backed out and threads looked good, but opted to put the oem plug back in. I’ll look at it again next oil change. Get product, just my own over thinking getting the better of me.

Peace of mind

Extremely strong magnet and quality is very premium. I hope this catches any little debris. Still retains the 17mm head. Awesome color. Comes with crush washer too.

This is my go-to oil drain plug, I’ve ran it on every single Subaru I have ever owned! Always manages to catch a little bit of tiny debris, enough to make me happy it’s not circulating through my oil! I also feel this is necessary for an engine during break in!

Cisco 17mm drain plug
