EXEDY cerametallic clutches are designed to handle the abuse of high power modified engines. The Exedy cerametallic friction material can handle much more abuse than stock type disc assemblies without slipping and fading. All EXEDY Stage 2 cerametallic clutch discs have sprung center dampers to reduce the impact and shock loads transmitted through the drivetrain. This is the Thick Version of the stage 2 clutch. The thick discs have better heat capacity and therefore better durability in demanding applications. Even with the thick disc, the Exedy puck designs typically have less inertia than a stock disc and work well for street, rally and track use.

Torque Capacity Measured at the wheels: 326 Ft/Lbs.

Fitment Note: 2005-2009 Legacy GT must use a 2006-2007 WRX flywheel for proper fitment.

stage 2 clutch

Don't recommend for daily driver especially traffic besides that awesome clutch highway high RPMS

It works

The clutch engages very fast and feels awesome when driving the car fast. However it isn't the smoothest when normally driving. Sometimes the car feels like your driving a jackhammer. Now over the past few weeks since the install it has smoothed out and I'm really enjoying the clutch. Keep in mind it doesnt come with a flywheel and it's a 3 puck so be expecting it to be rough until it breaks in and you get to know how it feels. Other than that I'm happy with it. My car is fully bolted on and tuned and it holds the power well.
