The intake has left me all smiles since I got her in. It’s loud enough to hear when I want but not obnoxious. I can easily drown the sound out with the radio at normal volumes. I have it paired with the GS turbo inlet and bpv which makes it all sound louder and you hear more build up.
The boost control is a must with it. You need the car tuned after this and the tuner will require one. It’s nice iir made this a package so it all arrives at once.
Install was easy. Hardest part was getting the metal tube down the hole but took around an hour solo.
Amazing package…comes with the boost controller. Best recommended intake for the VA WRX and i haven’t had any issues.
Great quality as always from Grimmspeed products. Shipping was quick. Intake makes crazy turbo noises under boost. Many tuners recommend this intake for the most accurate MAF readings and ease of tuning. Highly recommend.
This kit when purchased is cheaper compared to buying each part separately. Intake will make your turbo produce sweet sound. Highly recommended!
