Spec R springs are wound with the same engineering and material as our sports springs. With the exception of stiffer rates and slight change in ride height; you can expect the same characteristics as our sports springs.

I like the quality of the springs and the ride but the install took longer that the directions made it seem and was more involved than I thought. But I can't complain about the ride quality and the difference in style from the 1" drop.
