Cusco Bracket
Honestly, I did not like this product too much. First, the instructions are all in Japanese, if they could be in multiple languages, that would help a lot. Second, the included hardware is way too small for the application, and they don't thread into the welded nuts and are too small to properly hold the bracket through the open holes. Third, the rear bracket, at least for my car (2006 WRX USDM), does not line up. I'm sure if the instructions were a little more clear, and I could understand them, then maybe it would line up and mount better. However, the front bracket works great and the welded nuts (with the proper hardware) really hold the OEM diffuser in place tightly and the open holes line up perfect to what was on the car already. To remedy the hardware issue, I just went to Ace Hardware with the front bracket piece and got bolts that fit correctly as well as washers and nuts. Make sure the washers you get are wide enough to properly mount it since the diffuser is plastic and they can pop out without the washers. I ended up just not using the rear bracket and drilled straight into the trunk where the spare tire is at. You have to do this anyway for the center mounting point for the diffuser anyway, so it wasn't a big issue in my opinion. I got 1" long bolts and they fit good and cause no issues with the spare tire, however, 3/4" long bolts would work just as good and would probably make it a little easier. Just make sure that you get silicon to plug the holes so no…
