For those of you looking into freeing up some hindered horsepower, the K&N Typhoon system has been made to replace your factory restrictive intake. The madrel bent aluminum intake tube was designed to create a straight and smooth air flow path, allowing the engine to inhale a nice breath of fresh air into the system. More air means more horsepower, and better throttle response. And under acceleration, expect a deeper and more aggressive intake noise.

Included in this intake system is an oversized filter that can go up to 100,000 miles before its first servicing. The provided heat shield will replace the factory intake box. The intake tube features a nice black textured powder coated finish.

This intake can be installed with hand tools, and some patience. A tune is required, and can be performed with compatible off the shelf tuning devices.
