The Cobb Redline Carbon Fiber Intake seamlessly blends performance and aesthetics to bring the ultimate intake for your 2015-2021 WRX STI. Constructed of 2x2 twill carbon fiber and finished in a high-quality gloss clear coat, the intake system's presence in your engine bay does not go unnoticed.
Features:
The main airbox is constructed of multiple layers of 2x2 twill carbon fiber sheets for a true carbon intake through and through. High quality gloss clear finish provides fade resistance from heat and UV light. A bespoke black Redline badge sits at the front of the integrated intake ducting. Air is filtered through a 35% larger (when compared to the standard SF Intake) pre-oiled filter and routed to the MAF housing which is bolted to the airbox by way of a black anodized billet aluminum adapter. The wire-reinforced black silicone coupler is sealed on either end with black anodized clamps for a very sleek install. A second billet plate can be removed from the fender side of the airbox to increase airflow and audible intake sounds of the system.
Velocity Stack MAF HousingThis intake system utilizes several unique features in an effort to maintain optimal flow for performance while minimizing turbulence. A custom conical air-filter element, CFD-designed velocity stack and unique air flow straightener grid are designed to smooth the incoming air flow as it passes the Mass Air Flow sensor for precise readings. The one piece high temperature plastic composite design saves weight and reduces heat transfer.

Super easy to install, removing the factory post maf hose was the most annoying part. Looks cleaner than stock plastic and gives you those cool intake noises you want. Hit it with some meguires wax and slapped it in. Total process was about 30-45minutes with the right tools.
This is hands down the best quality aftermarket engine part I have purchased in my 20+ years of upgrading cars and trucks. Absolutely perfect and sounds amazing.

Purchased this for my husband's STi. Looks awesome! Great fit and finish. Much quieter than my regular COBB SF intake in my STi, so he kinda misses the turbo noises, but you can't be mad with that delicious carbon fiber.
Hands down the most high quality intake I've ever seen. They should have came like this from the factory! IIR shipped extremely fast and customer service was A+.
The part is awsome can really feel the difference in how it drives fyi leave the lids on not off yes it loauder but it ran to rich for all u guys to now fix the the problem by putting them on and using the cobb tunner
Very light. Includes nice hardware. Installation of the posts on the upper radiator support can be tricky; be very careful or be prepared to fish out dropped hardware (or have extras). With block-off plate attached, intake is as quiet as stock. Went from Cobb SF box to this, no issues.
I'd be surprised if a non-Cobb FMIC would work with this. I've included some pictures that might help determine if there is room.
