When it comes to making power, bigger is better. One of AMS, Snailworks Engineering Team’s main objectives was to not be constrained by the small OEM duct design that feeds air to the airbox. To accomplish this, the optional AMS airbox and duct have been enlarged significantly compared to their stock counterparts for improved airflow in from the front grille. In fact, the connection between the duct and airbox has been enlarged by over 149%! This adds an improved ram-air effect, resulting in lower intake air temperatures entering the engine.
If you are running the AMS intake, this is an absolute must. Without it, the intake is taking in a lot of hot air. Hot air robs you of horsepower
Didn't come with instructions, but was easy enough to figure it out yourself. Front mounting point was a bit confusing, but I made it work. Overall, really cleans up the engine bay
