To accomplish this, the optional AMS airbox and duct have been enlarged significantly compared to their stock counterparts for improved airflow in from the front grille. In fact, the connection between the duct and airbox has been enlarged by over 149%! This adds an improved ram-air effect, resulting in lower intake air temperatures entering the engine.
