Brian Crower uses an Adcole Camshaft Measuring System with individual measuring heads for each cam journal and cam lobe. This instrument has .01 micron resolution, taking one datum point each 1/10th of a degree or 3,600 data points per revolution. Up to 200 Brian Crower cams per hour are checked for errors in rise and for any chattermarks.

Brian Crower 272 degree cams have a short duration for nice street manners, and a slight lope at idle. Excellent all purpose spec cams. These cams can be used with stock valve springs and retainers, though the Brian Crower kit is recommended.
