While full ball bearing performance tubochargers have their place, we realize they are not for everyone. Because of this, Blouch Performance Turbo has developed billet "XT" compressor aero specifically for our Subaru journal bearing customers - hence the new 20G-XT. These new 20G-XT compressor wheels really are a work of art: stronger yet lighter closed die forged aluminum alloy combined with state-of-the-art 5-axis CNC machining allows for tweaking the aero for even greater mass flow and efficiency from a given geometry.

But they are not all looksies - they really perform: the 20G-XT produces greater peak torque and peak horsepower when compared to the "old" 20G at the same boost pressure! Now that truly is bolt-on performance! But the performance gains do not stop there - BPT has developed a proprietary jounal bearing turbine wheel and shaft assy. that performs extremely well with the 20G-XT aero. And BPT is offering three (3) Subaru turbine housing options to tailor the 20G-XT to your specific application: 7cm2, 8cm2 and 10cm2 and a 3" bellmouth inlet option. All of this is wrapped up in a bolt-on package for your Subaru complete with steel oil drain tube, coolant lines, turbo mounting gaskets and adjustable upgrade actuator as standard issue. 20g bpt xtr

Had a minor miscalculation with going with a 10cm eh, told Steven and dane they got I'm touch with bpt and corrected that to 8cm² currently running corn and made 484hp and 450tq with plenty of growth inside this turbo and at low boost of a meager 20psi, making solid boost at 3900rpms so slightly slower than the stock vf48, but will make that easily back up on built heads very excellent qaulity, only had to make a slight modification to the oil feed from the back of the block, shaved the banjo nut down to seat it flat with a new copper ring, overall incredibly happy, loud spool during boost excellent quality and performance

Bring on the Boost

I just received this in the mail after about a week. (Signature will be required that someone 21+ be at the house, or pick up at shipping facility). The ceramic coating is amazing. Overall build and quality of this turbo is hard to beat. With my build I opted for the 10cm Housing, Braided Oil Hose and the Ceramic Coating. From my homework, I'm shooting to be between 420-450whp. Fantastic Turbo for the best of both worlds (quicker spool but can hold the power).
