This is a must have if you are running the stock transmission makes the shifts short and crisp and almost gives it that mechanical feel
This thing has taken a good day to put on, but it is definitely worth it. I recommend watching a YouTube video on it, and that one tricky screw for the shifter plate cover can be accessed from the front rather than from the back. The shifts feel insanely smoother now, with a little more need for more strength into each gear compared to the OEM shifter plate. Everything feels shorter and better now. Thanks so much :)

I went with this product first over the complete short shifter kit. This gave me exactly what I wanted. It’s shorter, very notchy, and direct. I love it. The installation was a little difficult with the roll pin, so be prepared.
Haven't had it installed yet, appointment is a couple weeks away still. It's definitely well made and beefy. Pairing with brass bushing (billetworkz), OEM STI short throw shifter, billetworkz weighted shift knob and shifter stop. Doing trans and diff fluid motul. Will update review after installation!

I went this product first over the complete kit or short shifter, this gave me exactly what I wanted. It’s shorter, VERY notchy and direct. Love it. Install was a little difficult with the roll pin so be prepared.
This made all the difference in the world. Shifts are crisp and confident. Coupled with the shift stop, bushing and short shifter. The car shift like a dream.
This is what you are replacing when you put this bad boy on incase you were wondering but I do enjoy the way it helps make the shifts smoother
