Installed together with the rest of the Billetworkz shift kit (minus the full short shift handle since I have the STI short shift) and was an incredible difference. Still a shorter throw than what came with the car but also a very comfortable entry in and out of each gear. With everything lined up it almost feels gated even though it isnt, and throws require the smallest flick of your wrist getting you ready to blow through the next gear. Highly recommended, this piece alone was one of the most noticeable changes in terms of throw distance.

installed this with the Perrin shift stop and holy shit….this feels great. Was originally looking at the plate with a short shifter but the plate with the Perrin shift stop is perfect. Installation was easy as well! Thank you IIR for the fast shipping as always!

This is a must have if you are running the stock transmission makes the shifts short and crisp and almost gives it that mechanical feel

This thing has taken a good day to put on, but it is definitely worth it. I recommend watching a YouTube video on it, and that one tricky screw for the shifter plate cover can be accessed from the front rather than from the back. The shifts feel insanely smoother now, with a little more need for more strength into each gear compared to the OEM shifter plate. Everything feels shorter and better now. Thanks so much :)
