There isnt a device out there that can compete with the accessport v3. It doesnt matter if you are comparing a mustang tuner to the Cobb tuner, nothing is as good. the device it smooth and classy, it feels high quality in your hand, the case is made specifically for this device so its an amazing fit. there are no downsides to this device, if you dont have one then you arent serious about your car.
My GTI was already peppy and "awake" so the Cobb tuner did not "wake" up my car, it feels like it gave my perfectly healthy car a shot of adrenaline. I push the pedal and I get predictable and reliable power that the car can still put to the ground and actually make use of. It isnt too much, but its enough that the car can easily be a daily driver and still be the baddest B**** on the road.
The HP isnt the important number, what matters is how the increase in HP and torque bring the HP/LB ratio down under 10LB per HP and that makes the GTI hold its own with a GT mustang on the streets. and when the car can do that, the only thing that will keep you from winning a race, is your own fear of going too fast!
