This kit will make your LED tail light also function as the turn signal on your 2015+ Subaru WRX or STi. By eliminating the factory incandescent turn signal bulb, and instead operating it through your LED tail light, you will gain a much more modern appearance.
Using OEM plug-and-play tail light connectors, the base kit is 100% plug-and-play, with no wiring required. You don't even have to remove your tail lights!
This product was designed and fully manufactured by Diode Dynamics, in St. Louis, Missouri. It is fully made in USA.
This product is designed to be used with Diode Dynamics products. Use of non Diode Dynamics products may result in improper function.
Please note: For ease of installation, load resistors will be integrated into each module. This means you will not have to tap any factory wiring to eliminate hyperblinking, or change your flasher relay. If you do already have an LED flasher relay, you may continue using it with this product.
If you wish, you can also convert the old turn signal socket to an extra high-mounted backup light! Each kit comes with the wires to accomplish this (see video for details) but you will need new white LED bulbs. You must use LEDs, not standard bulbs, because you will be drawing power from the backup light circuit.

OTHER BACKUP LIGHT OPTIONS:
Factory backup lights: 250 lumens
HP48: Slightly lower brightness than OEM bulbs, but still provides the crisp, modern instant on/off of LED technology.
HP11: Slightly higher brightness than OEM bulbs.
XP80: Much brighter than OEM bulbs. These are bright!

This module adds a nice updated look and frees up that blinker bulb for another reverse light. I love the extra visibility!!
Easy plug and play gives a better look. Also you can add an extra reverse light in the old slot very easily with the supplied wire taps. Took 10 minutes

This was one of the easiest and quickest installs period, about 10 minutes. Not only is the look appealing but the options DD gives you is awesome. You can do several things to add that old turn signal location! Highly recommended!
Really changes the rear of the WRX and makes the reverse lights more brighter by doubling the bulbs.
