The EBC Redstuff Ceramic Brake pads feature EBC’s flagship lowest dust brake pad material for faster street applications, setting new standards in brake performance. Redstuff is an Aramid fiber Ceramic particle enhanced premium brake material. The less aggressive aramid fibers are easy to wash off wheels and do not etch into wheel lacquers or alloy. Red is copper-free and free of sulfides or lead as well as a low-dust, high-friction material.
EBC Redstuff is also a long-wearing pad and as such takes approx 500Kms, or 300 miles, to fully bed down and show its full performance. To assist the bed-in, all EBC pads are surface coated with EBC's signature red Brake-in ™ pad brake in accelerator compound.
