This clip will help ensure the Fumoto valve won’t accidentally come open. Good for peace of mind.
Well, maybe not. It's great for peace of mind and it couldn't hurt anything. Adds 1.5 seconds to an oil change. Knowing it's there helps relieve the worry of accidental opening.
