Hawk Blue 9012 compound pads are for the dedicated race/track Mazda only. Hawk's 9012s utilize a medium/high torque and high temperature compound optimized for repeated heavy braking associated with track use. Tracked Miata's equipped with the Hawk Blues will see consistent, fade-free braking, but they do take some time to get up to temperature and will make lots of noise and dust (not that you care when you're on the track!). Blues are the #1 selling brake pad material for SCCA Club racers.

Note:Hawk Blue 9012 are for off road use only.
