The IAG Comfort Series Transmission Mount is precision-crafted from CNC-machined solid billet aluminum, providing sturdy support for your Subaru’s transmission. It features our Comfort Series 55A durometer bushings that deliver superior comfort and stability over stock Subaru mounts. Designed with daily drivers in mind, these bushings minimize NVH (Noise Vibration Harshness) while providing a soft, dampened ride.
A standout feature of IAG’s Transmission Mounts is their interchangeable design, letting you adjust the bushing stiffness as your performance needs evolve. While the included 55A durometer bushings will provide you with a quiet, comfortable ride, we also have stiffer options for high-performance applications. The next step up is our 75A Street Series Bushing Kit, Competition Series Red 90A Bushing Kit, and finally, our Solid Steel Race Bushings that significantly increase the stiffness and NVH over the stock and GROUP N mount (sold separately).
IAG’s Comfort Series 6 Speed Transmission Mount features a unique flush hardware design that eliminates the need to take the mount apart to install it on the vehicle. The installation process is straightforward, taking around thirty minutes to complete using basic hand-tools and a jack with jack stands. Swapping out bushings can be done at the same time, adding only a couple minutes more to the task.
