These Kartboy short throw shifters will replace the stock unit, and reduce the shift throw by a whopping 40%. This is a right off the bat noticeable difference in feel, and this short throw shifter will also drop the height of the shift knob by about an inch.

Constructed of CNC’d and TIG welded 4130 Cr-Mo steel, this unit can be installed in about 30 minutes with simple hand tools.

Love it

Cant believe i waited all these years before getting this shifter. Installation was very easy and straightforward. Bought it for my 20 year old daughter who helped with the install. She loves it driving my old 2009 Outback XT 5 speed. 100% better and much shorter throws without any issues. About 3/4" less on each throw. No trimming of anything. Highly recommended.

Great product

It does what it says it'll do! Great product and construction. Install was easy. I paid for 3 day shipping got upgraded by IIR to 2day shipping to have it by Friday instead of Saturday. Guess what.....they lost my package didn't receive it until Monday night. Tried to get a refund for my 3day upgrade from either ups or IIR to no avail. Other than that no complaints. Price was great as well! Get this! You will love it.
