This is the Kartboy Short Throw Shifter that replaces the stock shift lever in 1997-2001 model year Subaru Impreza, amd 1997-1999 Legacy. This will reduce the shifter throw by up to 40%, providing a noticeable difference in feel as well. These will also reduce your shift knob height by 1”. The Kartboy shifter is constructed of CNC’d and TIG welded 4130 Cr-Mo steel. With proper hand tools installation should take right around 30 minutes.

Great short throw shifter for 2007 WRX

Bought this one for my 2007 WRX TR since it has the narrow barrel, went in easy and feels great! Definitely recommend this if you and a better feel when shifting through gears
