This is a great , well design part. You will be glad you got this intake for your VB WRX! Lots of turbo noises & solid power gains. however, would not recommend using this intake with factory tuning.
I have this intake paired with Cobb charge pipe/top mount intercooler.. solid gains for my CVT WRX.
quality is great, fit is fantastic. wakes the car up, all the turbo noise you can handle! pair with a protune and never look back.
I paired this intake w Cobb ap and a Dman ots tune for the intake. It’s night and day from stock. Makes plenty of turbo noises. I like the see thru cover on top so you can see the filter. Pretty sure it said made in USA and it deff feels quality. Overall it’s nice and IIR gets stuff to you fast AF.
Looks great and sounds awesome. Install was very easy. I did deduct one star for the clear cover not fitting right. But, with a little grinding it fits perfectly. You still need a tune with this part.

The Mishimoto intake is awesome. Super easy install and sounds amazing! Went 1 week driving without a tune and could hear the pssshhh at 4.5k rpms. Currently running cobb ots 93 tune and it sounds even better. Definitely recommend
