NOTE: This is a full replacement hood scoop which allows for a truly larger opening.
Installation
Removal of the stock piece starts on the underside of the hood. Replace with the Noble Bulge (bolt on).
DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN SCREWS. Hand tight ONLY. Professional Installation HIGHLY recommended.
Was a quick and easy install. took about 30 minutes. the paint match was spot on to the factory color.
Would be nice if the seal was put on by the manufacturer. But worth the money in the long run.
Love how it makes the front end look more aggressive. Easy install in less than 10 minutes and looks great!
Direst Bolt on with no issues. Jim’s YT Install Video makes it even easier to install. Love the old school look this gives the front end. Appreciate everyone at IIR and Noble.
Makes the car look more aggressive! And actually allows more air to intercooler at 120mph
Love the way it looks. One thing to note, the weather foam strip should be placed slightly further inside, away from the outer edge, because it’ll stick out the edges and you gotta pick it away. Besides that, OEM+ fitment.
Fits perfect, couldn't be happier. Gives My WRX such a mean look.
As the title states the color match is very close and I'm really happy with that. The orange peel however I'm not happy about. It can be compound and polished out though. The only other issue I had with this hood scoop was there is a indentation in the mold where one of the bolt hole posts sits on the underside of the hood scoop. All in all it's still a great product and I highly recommend it. I actually had previously bought the carbon bulge hood scoop and was rocking that for about a year but want to go with a more OEM+ look. This hood scoop certainly offers the look I am currently going for. This pairs up well with the Nobel Highback spoiler as seen in my photo.
Looks amazing, fit is perfect, paint is spot on. Only only only issue is, the video for install is wrong. The 4 washers provided don't go as spacers between scoop and hood. They go between hood and frame for the hood so it doesn't pinch down.
What an easy install, great quality of product- it was packaged securely, no scratches on it. Would highly recommend!!
