Installation
Clean the application area. Make sure it is free from dust, dirt, wax, or a fresh ceramic coating. Install in 75-95 degree weather.
Test fit the product first. Take note of where the 3M will touch the painted fuel tank cover. This is where you will want to apply the adhesive promoter.
Remove the protective backing from the 3M. Realign the product on the fender vent trim. Push down on the piece while pulling the backing off the 3M. Once the 3M is all exposed, press firmly down on the entire piece.
Allow 24 hours for a good bond. 72 hours for a complete bond.
