Do you even lift bro? Not anymore. Slaps hood. These puppies do all my lifting. Track God or mechanic at heart? You may not need some fancy carbon coated hood strut like that other set we carry. You may just need the raw convenience of gas shock tubes.

Good product
Did it come with visual instructions? Not really. However IIR has a video on YT on how to install. Be SUPER diligent as you can easily drop a bolt or a 10MM ratchet inside the wheel well 😅 Took all of 20 minutes. Looks so good!
It’s crazy to think that a modern car doesn’t come with good struts. Luckily it’s easily remedied. These are great hood struts. Reasonably priced and easy to install. Plenty of install videos on UouTube. I absolutely do recommend them.
Once I had the location of the bottom bracket correct, it worked great.
JUST MAKE SURE YOU USE A SHOP TOWEL SO YOU DON’T DROP A BOLT OR OTHER DOWN THE HOLE…. The video showed why and where.
Easy to install
It was tough to break the bolts loose, but once done, installation was very straightforward. I stuffed a towel inside the fender when installing to make sure nothing fell down inside it like what happened to the guy in the video. It's pretty tight quarters so a small ratchet wrench makes the job easier. So much nicer than the prop rod and it opens the hood a little higher than before with the rod.
Super helpful, crazy easy to install. a little tedious but super nice install.
These are a snap to install and are such an improvement over the silly wonky hood post that comes stock. Make sure you jam a towel in the gaps between the engine bay and the body panels so you don't loose any brackets or bolts.
Very simple yet a clean mod that really helps when working on the car, they work wonderfully
Install was pretty easy on these and had everything I needed. They look great with the red and black and definitely should of been this way from factory but alas!
