Great upgrade vs the stock mirrors... Easy to connect to the turn signal with provided wiring kit
These were totally worth the hassle. Installation is easy, but running the wires through the grommet in the door are extremely difficult. There is no extra space in the grommet. My wire puller poked holes in the grommet on one side of the car. Make sure to lube up your wire puller so it goes through easier. I ended up getting the job done by using the glow in the dark Klein wire puller you can find at Home Depot and cutting off the thick end of it. The vampire clip on the passengers side is very hard to attach and goes under the carpet if you drop it. All that being said, I’d do it again because the outcome is well worth it.
These mirrors are super wide angle and really easy to install. With a second hand took me about 20minutes for both. The videos help out so much as well. Great quality!!!
Easy installation
These mirrors helped eliminate the horrible blind spots that the OEM mirrors. I do like the added bonus of having the then signals on there as well.
I love these mirrors, they work exactly as they should. One thing I will warn you about is if you have window tint it’s a little hard to see with them. Not the mirrors fault at all trust me, I just went with a little darker tint so this problem would happen with regular mirrors most likely. Overall a definite buy
Holy crap, I can see everything! Seriously though, the blind spot on this car was bugging me. Now, I can see all the lanes next to me. No more blind spot surprises. As for the install, if it hadn't have been for the Texas heat, it's a 40min job.
Great mod for the VB. Really helps eliminate your driver's side blind spot. I will say, though, be prepared to have a different focus point on the driver's side mirror that may disorient you for a while due to the changed perspective on the mirror. Your eyes will have to adjust/refocus depth-wise when you look into the mirror and it may be confusing at first. Though, in my opinion this is just a byproduct of the enhanced viewing angle, and is simply a natural optical effect you should anticipate. Nothing wrong with the product here.
As for the turn signals, can't complain at all. Very easy to install. Protip: if you're installing the wires the "easy" way (RE: install video), cut your ziptie at a sharp angle so you can use it as a needle to thread through any holes you put in the boots referenced in the video. Makes this while install insanely easy.
