With this part, Noble has created an OE style vortex generator that is ready to install out of the box. Comes with pre-installed 3M, prep pad, and adhesive promotor.
Installation
Install in a warm environment around 70-80 degrees and generally low humidity. Clean and prep the installation area. Make sure it is free from dirt, debris, wax, and that no ceramic coating has been freshly applied. A two person install is recommended.
Test fit the vortex generator first so you can understand the best spacing on the sides and between the back of the roof / antenna.
Remove product. Use the promotor on the application area. This is where the 3M will touch the paint on your vehicle. Peel the edges of the 3M protector up enough so that you can pull it out from under the vortex generator. Place the vortex generator back down, align, and start pulling the 3M. Remove all the of the backing material and press down firmly.
It takes time to develop a full bond. Most of the bonding will happen in the first 24 hours. 100% bond is reached at around 72 hours.
