Installation Notes
If you don't want to crimp over your factory wires, we suggestion you purchase our PnP harness. This breaks out the stock connection into some wires which allow you to easily connect aftermarket lamps. Our PnP harness is labeled for your convenience.
Start with removing the factory trim piece which goes over the stock lamp. Then remove the factory lamp and unplug it. You will need to plug it into the new lamp and bolt it in.
The factory reverse function of this lamp is plug and play. The additional features of parking and brake need additional wires to be run into the tail light area. You are supplied with crimp on connectors to clamp down to your factory tail light wiring.
Run these wires to behind a tail light. The green wire connects to the factory parking wire (pink). The red wire connects to the factory brake wire (brown). If you are using our PnP add on harness, reference the labels that come on the harness. You are using the ones noted as (86).
Test the wiring and then reassemble everything. Use the supplied trim piece versus the factory piece you removed in the first step.
It looks great! Installation is super easy if you pick up the additional harness as well. Takes about an hour with the hardest part being routing the wires into the tail light for a clean installation.
The trim piece to match the flow of the light is a nice touch. Worth noting that I already have a blinking module on my top brake light so I opted not to use the function on this one.
I love it so much but realized i need the other wiring to get the brake lights going.

Easy install - awesome product
Hardest part of install is removing the factory push pins. Great product it looks awesome. Didn't think I would like the F1 flashing light, but I think it looks awesome

Great Tail Light
This is a great 4th tail light, but it should have been more clear that you need the sold separately wiring harness to install without splicing. The functionality is great and the light looks beautiful.
