Everything you could want in a single lamp is here. This is a huge upgrade from the plastic block off plate that comes in your 15-21 Subaru WRX and STI.
Includes all required hardware and a plug and play harness for easy installation.
Functions
This F1 Rear Fog Lamp has well thought out functions. The F1 function grabs the attention of those behind you especially in emergency braking situations or backing up in a dark area. This version has the capability of blinking for both the brake lamp and reverse lamp.
After the blinking cycle is done (3 seconds), the lamp will remain illuminated solid until the brake is released or you have put the vehicle back in drive / park respectively.
We also realize that some of your time will be spent navigating through traffic. Our intelligent F1 function has a built in delay under these conditions. The brakes have to be released for a full 5 seconds or the lamp will go into a solid illumination and skip the F1 blinking pattern. This prevents a situation in which the lamp would blink blink constantly. In turn your aftermarket accessory will not become a nuisance or distraction to those around you.
NOTE: F1 blinking behavior can be enabled or disabled by user. Instructions included.
Parking light function acts as you would expect, providing additional illumination especially in foggy conditions (low mounted position).
Reverse light adds awareness for others around your vehicle and enhances your view from inside the vehicle.

Installation Notes
Installation is simple with the plug and play harness and included hardware.
Lay out hardware and harness. Install the lamp and find a route for the wiring harness that does not expose the inside of the vehicle to possible water intrusion.
Plug in the harness and test the functions.
Looks great on my STI, matches very well with my taillights. The package arrived on time and the box came in great condition. The install was really easy due to the plug and play harness. Love the hyperflash function for the brake lights, and appreciate the fact that you can turn this function on/off depending on how you like it.

Found it here cheaper than most other places. I like the 5-second delay between braking and flash when going into reverse. Install was not bad at all. Still visible in daylight with smoked tint lens.
It adds what is missing to the back, and the instructions are very easy to understand and follow!
