While the new 2022-25 WRX looks great with the older STI spoiler, the geometry of the trunk makes installing an old wing a bit of a chore. We've modified the bases and stocked new inventory to suit the needs of our customers. Constructed out of ABS plastic, every wing is nearly identical. Fitment is proper due to extensive testing and retesting. 6 bolt design keeps it secure to your trunk.
Installation
Lay out all of the parts and use the template as a reference for what is included. You will want to do this installation with a buddy. This will help you as you are drilling into your trunk.
Prep the surface by cleaning it thoroughly. Assemble thing wing completely. Use the template and a center punch to note the three holes you will need to drill. Test fit the wing. Once satisfied, drill a pilot hole and then the final hole (x3 per side).
Place the wing back on the trunk. Check alignment. Remove spoiler and complete the steps noted on the template / instruction sheet. Move to final install on the trunk. Do not tighten all the bolts completely. Hand tighten all 6 loosely. Allow wing to settle into position without any tension. Now tighten the bolts each a little more. Repeat process until all 6 are snug.
The nuts you are bolting into are inserted into the plastic mold during the manufacturing process. Tighten firmly, but do not overtighten they are held into PLASTIC. Check the bolts after 100 miles and then again after 250 miles.
Do not slam trunk now that you have this new spoiler. It will weigh more than it previously did.
If you have never installed something of this caliber that requires drilling into your car and permanently modifying it PLEASE seek professional installation help. We will not be responsible for cross threaded studs or bolts or over tightened hardware.

A little confusing to install but it looks great!!!
Install was easy.
Had some issues during shipping that were QUICKLY resolved by the Noble and IIR team combined.
Installation was a breeze, it wasn't my first time doing it so I knew what I was getting into. The template provided was thick, wasn't just a thin piece of paper, but it doesn't line up 100% to your trunk lid. As long as you ensure the holes line up prior to drilling, there will be absolutely no issue.
Ended up using a hole saw on the lower part of my deck lid so the bolts could sit flush, maybe some spacers could prevent this for others. But looks just fine with some touch up paint.
Its too easy to over tighten the wing. I drove it a couple hundred miles and the insert broke out of the abs when i went to re torque the bolts. This was an expensive mistake so I’m replacing the trunk.
Followed the instruction video uploaded on YouTube and install was very straightforward, looks great and color match was dead on , no flex when driving like some other brands 3 piece build seems to help it be much sturdier
This has to be the first mod VB’s see. It completely changed the look of my car, from regular traffic to what it was supposed to look like. Absolutely recommend and love this purchase!
It's the BEST🤩🤩. To all the VB owners who are having doubts about getting a wing. This car needs a wing to look more badass. And this spoiler is one of the B.E.S.T. Proper fitment. No whistle noise issue (previous version had that complaint, but not in this one). Quite stable on highway speeds and even beyond that. Had my water wash done, no leaks. If you have no experience with drilling, please get it professionally installed. Also ask the technician to be careful while drilling the hole, otherwise people tend to drill through the rubber weather lining on the trunk. (My guy made that mistake, but he got it replaced). Also perfect paint match. So go for it. Cheers :)
Made my car look less boring and came out clean
This and the flares are the biggest upgrade for looks.
Great color match and packaging! I gave four stars because it was difficult to install but overall got it done on my own. I would suggest to make it easier for the customer to put some female metal threaded holes to line up the bolts to the spoiler a lot easier. The base instructions were great 👍.
