The Perrin License Plate Holder for your Subie is made of thick plate aluminum which is folded in a press break to add rigidity and eliminate any flex. It will not bend, flex or rotate like competitive parts. Perrin's plate holder is made from laser cut plate aluminum which is texture powder coated in a wrinkle black finish. The tow hook adapter is CNC machined hex cut bar stock and anodized black for better corrosion resistantce.
Front plates are ugly. This makes the plate look intentional instead of mandatory. Also, if you get lit up for speeding, at least they can’t add “missing front plate” to the citation. And if you tap the car in front of you, this thing should take the hit instead of your bumper… unless they have a hitch. Then good luck. Looks way better. 10/10.
Smooth install, easy to follow instructions
Very pricey for the build quality, flimsy. But I guess Perrin is like the Apple of Subie car parts.

Just what I needed
It’s awesome, easy install and making a peanut butter sanwich, and it’s holding solid.
Used to have a different type of front bracket, and it was wobbly and not sturdy at all. This one is a super easy install, and really firm, and holds the plate cleanly against the bumper line. Good job guys!
