Perrin Panel Air Filter Subaru WRX 2022-2024 | PSP-INT-111

Going from stock to this foam filter did change the sound slightly, with some added power (slight power, lol). I did mange to get my peak boost to go up slightly once I put this in. Affordable mod if anyone wanted to try it out. I’d recommend. Note that this is an oiled filter, so maintenance is needed every now and then - clean and re-oil.

Air box is 8x8.5" and the Perrin Panel Air Filter I got was 8x8.625". After 2 hours of trying to squeeze it in, and getting that oil all over everything, I gave up. Ordered the AEM Drycon instead from that place that has free shipping. Rubber on the AEM filter looked identical to the Perrin and was apparently built correctly. AEM dropped in like perfection.

A bit more turbo noise and throttle response, great product

Believe it or not this filter actually works on my 2020 Subaru Ascent Touring and it feels really nice.

As the title says is something of a small change but I can definitely feel the car actually pull a lot faster now, I’m running this filter without the charcoal filter and with the Cobb Intake tube sounds very good while still retaining the stock look highly recommend if u don’t want to buy a full intake yet.

Compared to stock air filter, peak boost increased from 12.4 to 13.0 on the dot. Very easy to clean as well. I would choose this air filter over other filters every time.
