The hardest part of this is breaking the fitting loose , Subaru makes them incredibly tight on the assembly line
Make sure u use a flare nut wrench, and maybe even buy a spare prior to doing the mod …. And return it if you don’t damage the original
Not much to talk about with this one. It works. It's way more efficient than the original clutch line.
Easy install and so much better than stock
Unfortunately my oem clutch fastener was cross threaded and the threads stripped on the way out……huge headache but I fixed it temporarily with a brake line union, just so you know if the same thing happens to you…you can use that in a pinch….here’s a pic of the adapter full of brass….not Perrin or IIR’s fault ….i actually blame Subaru. I ordered a replacement part but it’s 4 weeks in backorder . So I warn you fellow Subaru owners, be careful removing the oem clutch line from its brass coupler.
Install was a bit of a pain, but make sure you have a 10mm flared nut wrench to remove the OEM clutch line from the hardline. Lost a little fluid but nothing terrible. Make sure you keep an eye on your master cylinder, bleed your clutch and top it off.
