A 70mm ZDX / MDX throttle body upgrade is a great way to increase airflow for these newer DBW K-Series cars like the 2012 - 2015 9th Gen Honda Civic Si, 2013 - 2015 Acura ILX, 2009 - 2014 Acura TSX or 2008 - 2012 Honda Accord. These OEM Honda / Acura throttle bodies offer reliability and driveability at an affordable price. We offer a billet throttle body adapter machined from 6061 aluminum to seamlessly adapt a specific 70mm DBW or drive-by-wire throttle body to the stock intake manifold.
This throttle body adapter utilizes the factory O-ring on the intake manifold to seal against the adapter and an OEM Honda gasket to seal against the throttle body. A 1/8" NPT port and 90 degree fitting retains the factory EVAP Purge, but can also be deleted or plugged for a cleaner install. EVAP can be disabled with an engine tuner like Hondata FlashPro or KTuner. Also included is a MAP sensor delete plug because the integrated MAP sensor on the ZDX throttle body is no longer needed.
