The Process West Verticooler is a complete re-engineering of the traditional Subaru top-mount intercooler. Designed to solve heat soak and airflow inefficiencies found in factory TMIC setups, it delivers significantly improved cooling stability, consistent power, and enhanced engine protection under load.

Solving the Heat Soak Problem

Conventional top-mount intercoolers suffer from poor hot-air evacuation. Once air passes through the core, it becomes trapped in the engine bay, creating a “traffic jam” of heat that quickly raises intake temperatures and reduces performance.

The Verticooler eliminates this issue through a unique 15-degree slanted mounting design, allowing hot air to exit downward through the engine bay instead of accumulating around the intercooler.
