The Perrin turbo heat shield for the Subaru WRX and STI is CNC formed from 304 stainless steel. It is also adjustable front to back allowing you to cover as much of the turbo as possible and the backside of the shield is cut to fit all aftermarket downpipes. The Perrin shield uses spot welds, instead of rivets. When spot welds are done correctly as Perrin does, they will hold just as good as any bolts or rivet and will not loosen over time and rattle. High quality stainless steel hardware for a complete installation is included.

fit to my turbo
Awesome quality part literally comes with everything needed even the Allen key. Arrived very quick and was packaged well. The installation was pretty easy and the directions are straight forward. Definitely is a must have if you have and aftermarket Downpipe.
Beautifully crafted and an excellent addition to the engine bay. If you are swapping out your TMIC or have it removed for any reason, it's well worth it replace your OEM heat shield while your at it.
