Fitted exhaust heat blanket reduces turbo lag and increases turbo spool time while significantly reducing under hood temperatures. An excellant heat barrier protecting the hood, hoses, and painted surfaces from residual heat damage.

The Prosport turbo blanket comes with stainless steel anchoring hooks incorporated in the shield along with free spring clips to make securing the blanket to your turbo fast and easy.Constructed of high temperature ceramic insulating padding under a stainless steel wire mesh liner. A tough outer layer protects agains oil spills, abrasions and road grime.

This turbo heat blanket reduced my engine bay temperature a bit by keeping all the heat from escaping the exhaust housing, I have noticed a slightly quicker spool up although I bought the heat blanket for another turbo I'm using it on my 20G with internal wastegate. The fitment was as I expected being on the wrong turbo yet it still works well, I tested the heat blanket on a t3 Borg Warner s366 and it fits perfect. I would recommend this product to anybody wanting to lower their engine bay temperatures, intercooler temperatures, or intake temperatures
