You would use these brackets on a 06+ car to use the Cusco Mounts. Modification of the bracket will be required though.

Worked with Kein mounts which I would only recommend if you like to feel as much vibration as possible. The mounts in combination with the Kein pitch stop, though any stiffer pitch stop than OEM would do, helped provide a noticeable decrease in slop while accelerating though.
I own a WRX and you'll need them on it since the mounts are different from a sti works perfectly with my polyurethane nounts
