I threw away my old cap when i replaced the radiator not realizing the importance of this one way cap, had to buy a new one and IIR had a brand new OEM in stock at very affordable price.
Can't go wrong with an OEM replacement. Definitely needed for high mileage cars. Will save a headache later to change it before it goes bad.
